Former Dairy farm, now raising beef cows & calves. Farm Buildings: 60x120 machine shed, front door of shed is 14' tall x 18' wide, heated shop, wood stove not included. Dairy Barn 36x150 with additions for livestock shelter; Loafing shed 32x70 with Ritchie waterer; Open-front hay shed 26x42; (5) silos have unloaders; 5-bedroom home had a fire approx. 15 years ago, much remodeling done at that time. Fuel-oil boiler heating system. Solid foundation but basement leaks. Septic system will not pass inspection. Drilled well. Seller wants to continue storing machinery in shed until a new shed can be constructed at other residence.
